About This Beer
Now, I can’t confirm or deny if this Portland crew is in league with Beezlebub, but their Lager game is certainly other-worldly! And this Keller collab with Holy Mountain is so well-made, anything is possible! But we are talking about two of the greatest breweries in PNW, utilizing the finest Strisselspalt and Aramis Hops — so it’s more likely they’re just straight up awesome at brewing beer.
Tasting Notes
Biscuity malts course throughout, with delicate hints of fresh cracked black pepper, lemon zest, and a kiss of berries accenting the bready tones. Then it all culminates in a crisp, unfiltered finish that’s devilishly tempting!
