A Note on This Beer
New Orleans is a city drenched in legend, mystery, and romance — from the Cajun food as hot as the weather, to the dimly lit jazz clubs and electric nightlife. I’ve even heard it’s one of the most haunted cities in the country!
Natives of the Big Easy don’t fear the ghosts, but they might be afraid of melting in the sticky summer heat!
When those thirsty locals need a refuge, they turn to the creatively delicious beers at Urban South Brewery. These U.S. Open Beer Championship medalists thrive on creating innovative brews with new and exciting flavors.
Today’s Satsuma Snoball Juice was inspired by the sweet, iconic shaved ice treats sold at stands throughout the city in the spring and summer months. It overflows with 42 lbs per barrel of plump, ripe satsumas, and the tropical, stone-fruity flavors of Idaho 7, Vic Secret, El Dorado, and Citra Hops.
It’s a citrus-soaked twist on their original Snoball Juice, which won Bronze at the 2019 Best of Craft Beer Awards!
The brewers made this magical milkshake for cooling off in the heat — or cooling your taste buds after a bite of spicy gumbo. After one sip, you’ll feel like you’re strolling down Bourbon Street, surrounded by the scent of BBQ and the sound of melodic jazz.
Ghosts not included.
