Saturday (2023) is all beer and barrel. And after a full four years of luxuriating in decadent woody depths, silky smooth sips of Saturday (2023) flow with the complexity of a brew that graduated from BU (Barrel University) with a degree in deliciousness.
Tasting Notes
The dark pour bursts with vanilla and caramel tones. They wrap their silky ribbons around the malts, sweetening the chocolaty swigs. As it warms, expressions of leather and subtle smoke reveal nuanced layers, always finishing strong with whispers of whiskey.

Exceptional! I picked up two bottles during TBBW, had it on tap at the brewery, then at Barrel Aged Day. Drank both my bottles and am grateful Doug put some on Tavour!
