the brewers started with their World Beer Cup Winning Darkstar November Stout. They blended vintages aged in bourbon barrels for 12-24 months, then amped things up with cacao nibs, marshmallows, and two varieties of freshly roasted coffee from their friends at Onyx Coffee Labs.
