A Note on This Beer
When The Beer Travel Guide did a tasting tour around Dallas, they crowned Celestial Beerworks with Best IPA in the city. But, after trying a few more hopbombs around the state, they’re saying this crew “honestly may have the best IPAs in the whole state of Texas!”
Now, it’s time for you to taste today's 4.25 UT-rated Science Friction!
Celestial double dry-hopped this fluffy, 8% ABV IPA with a glorious blend of Rakau, Strata, and Nelson Sauvin for a drippy cantaloupe and bright berry flavor experience.
On the nose, it smells like a big bowl of fresh berries doused in sweet cream. Let it linger, and it’ll wrap your tastebuds in notes of candied mango, lush white grape, and a delightful jolt of evergreen bitterness.
It’s the kind of multi-layered hop nectar that’s enjoyable for new and experienced craft fans alike. Even that beloved craft curmudgeon friend — who says they’ve tried every IPA under the sun — hasn’t had a chance to try this.
Because until today, this work of Science Friction was only available to lucky Dallasites. And, if our small stash is any indication, they aren’t willing to part with a whole lot. We only managed to wrangle 20 cases to share!
With Tavour, it's easy to beer it forward! Just head over to Tavour.com/gifts to send a gift box or gift card to the craft beer lover in your life. Cheers!
