About This Beer
To make it, Holy Mountain started with a blend of oak aged wheat base mixed fermentation beer and transferred it into Bourbon barrels containing blackberries from Spooner Farms from Puyallup, Washington. Then they let it ferment in the bottle with additional Brettanomyces to really lock in those funky, farmhouse flavors.
Tasting Notes
Look forward to jammy berry nuances playing beautifully against a bright tartness. Intricate hints of hay and horse blanket should carry underneath, while delicate woody tannins and a kiss of whiskey linger on the palate.
