About This Beer
For See What I See Blend #2, Horus supplied their Barleywine aged 16 months in a BTAC William Larue Weller bourbon barrel, then aged in a PAPPY 23 Year bourbon barrel for another 12 months. Finally they blended it with Anchorage’s legendary ADWTD, itself aged 9 months in Willet bourbon barrels before transferring to Heaven Hill bourbon barrels for 8 months.
Tasting Notes
Decadent whiskey toffee, sticky date, and vanilla oak notes course through every quaff. It’s like a sumptuous bread pudding drizzled in caramel and soaked in bourbon all hiding a 16% ABV.

Quite similar to blend #1 - overall perhaps a little less refined and flavours not as complex. Still delicious, but blend #1 just in front. Based on extremely limited experimental rigour
