Well, I’ll be a son of a baker’s man! Modist brewed today’s Shook: Blueberry Pie IPA with over 2,500lbs of juicy blueberries per batch. 

That’s not all! They also added a sur-pie-sing amount of graham crackers, sweet Madagascar vanilla beans, and creamy lactose! 

All the pie-like flavors are there in every bite— er, sip! Upfront is the taste of warm, gooey blueberry filling, followed by the cinnamony softness of a baked graham cracker crust. It’s silky, treacly, and fluffy, like a piece of granny’s homemade pie à la mode, but with a touch of dank, hop bitterness on the finish to keep things balanced.

It’s pie-oneering IPAs like this that helped put Modist on the map. At last year’s Minnesota Brewers Cup, they won the Gold Medal for Hazy IPAs AND the Most Innovative Brewery Award!
