About This Beer
The Chicagoland crew joined forces with Roy Farms, using their top shelf Citra, Strata, and Mosaic Hops to flavor this brew. They also enlisted their buddies at Berkeley Yeast, utilizing their London Tropics strain to add extra tropical flair. And then they amped it up all the way to eleven with CIT and MOS Quantum Brite Hop Extracts from Abstrax Hops!
Tasting Notes
Intense lemon-lime flavors soar above notes of dank melon, with ripe pineapple and passionfruit nuances glittering on the periphery. Tangerine, ruby red grapefruit, and even a hint of peppery spice shine through on the finish, inviting you back for sip after sip.
