A Note on This Beer

They won GABF Gold!

Craft Beer & Brewing calls them a Breakout Brewery!

Thrillist placed Parish’s Ghost in the Machine in their 10 Louisiana Beers to Try Before You Die!

And now, for the first time outside of the South, Parish Brewing presents SIPS: Parish Sunrise Dessert Sour.

You won’t find this cinematic cinnamon-spiced peach, guava, orange-mango Fruit Roll-Up treat on Netflix, or in many bottleshops outside of Louisiana, for that matter. Parish made today’s brew to taste like sun-kissed tropical fruits juicy enough to brighten the day, no matter the weather!

It’s not On-Demand, but judging by the comments on Instagram, it sure is in demand! SIPS toes the line of rich decadence while still maintaining absolute crushability. Its jammy Jamba juice-like flavor will have you kicking it out on your deck, while its sweet, vinous, berry wine character will inspire you to dust off your finest glassware.

Don’t miss out on this legendary brewery’s sophisticated liquid dessert. It’s so fresh that Rotten Tomatoes refused to review it!

Wow great sour flavor! Super impressed with their ability to highlight all the flavors! Had great luck with Sips so far, can’t wait to get more!

That thick layer of sediment ruined it for me.

Super meh. Nothing exciting about this beer. I basically chugged it while watching football just to be done with it.

The aroma is strong tropical and sour orange. Palate is citrus, wheat, mango, and sour oranges. I had a very rich dinner and this helped wake up my tastebuds. Nice lasting tartness with a spritzer carbonation. Fresh. 3.8

I do declare, a sunrise may come but once a day, but this beer can come into my mouth anytime it wants. Oh, does my phrasing seem peculiar to you? Well, it is your mind that joins what remains of this beer after I have partaken of its fruity yet tart and crisp finish... in the gutter. Good day.

Mango and peach on the nose. Light and easy to sip. All the fruit notes are there with a tangy, sour orange finish.

After enjoying their Greetings from Grand Isle, I decided to try another Berliner from Parish. This is very different: quite sour, sharp, with no sweetness underpinning – it’s the kind of beer I think of when I say, “I hate sours.” Needless to say, this is not for me.

Absolutely disgusting, I'd rate zero if I could. Was the most sour disgusting thing I've ever tasted...Ordered three bottles and all three had such a thick layer that settled on the bottom there was no "gentle roll" or stir that was gonna fix it. Severely disappointed

Not as advertised. Drank in the winter but I don’t think the season would have helped much.
