About This Beer
The two breweries combined the grain bill of Parish’s 4.35 Tavour-rated Ghost in the Machine IPA and Horus’s Osprey’s Next Catch NE IPA, then dry-hopped with heaps of Cryo Mosaic and Strata Hops. Then they topped the whole thing off with a 8% ABV buzz.

I’ve loved all of the GITM series offshoots with the exception of this one. It’s alcohol flavor forward with a hot finish….not their best but also not terrible. Average.

Sweet, hoppy, pineapple, mouthfeel.

a bit malty. not much hop aroma or flavor compared to all the other Parish beers I’ve tried. Overall disappointing.

A beautifully balanced beer with just the right amount of bitterness and sweetness. I should have bought more.

Excellent NEIPA collab. Creamy smooth with harmonious fruit and dank flavors. I detect some 'Ghost' in the brew.

pretty tasty for something almost 6wks old!

Smells hoppy, got a bit of that dry hop flavor. Annoyed at Tavour for making me preorder this beer only to deliver a 2-month old beer.

Not as juicy as I was hoping for, yet its still solid and has pleasant notes of melon and citrus

Minimal citrus with extra hoppy bit and a hint of dankness. Disappointing.

Every beer from Parish just seems a notch above every other Brewer. Even collabs are done to perfection! Excellent DIPA, smooth body and delicious taste and balance!

Dead hops, too old. Thanks, Tavour.
