About This Beer

I tried making shortbread once. It did not go well.

APPARENTLY you’re supposed to use butter that’s soft, but not melted, chill your dough twice…yada yada. Let’s just say I didn’t do any of that fancy stuff, and my shortbread ended up tasting kinda sad.

Thank GOODNESS for Drekker’s Slang Du Jour — Apricot Shortbread. They stuffed each batch full of sumptuous apricts, sweet-nutty almonds, real shortbread cookies, cinnomony granola, milky coconut, and silky vanilla beans.

this is way better than I expected tbh is really good it’s sweet and tart in all the right places the carbon is perfect and the fizz is just right enough to make you have a burpgasm

Tasty but not as “sour” as we had hoped, definitely on the sweeter side and oddly not as bubbly as most beers. Not bad but not our favorite.

Get to watch some FB. edition. This is incredible. The cookie leads and delights, with the apricot shining with sweetness. Finishes with a hint of cinnamon. Amazing to me how they mail their flavors.
