This stunning blend matured for 36 months in Weller wheated whiskey and Heaven Hill bourbon barrels, absorbing plenty of sublime cask character.
Tasting Notes
Look forward to notes of sticky toffee pudding drizzled in caramel sauce coursing throughout the sip. Hints of dark chocolate and plum should carry underneath, leading to layers of oaky tannins and top-shelf bourbon on the velvety finish.

Pours dark brown, aromas of boozy dark fruits & Sugar Babies, smooth, complex notes of sweet toffee, dry figgy & pie cherry, dark cocoa and balancing woody bourbon with complimentary vanilla. 4.3.

I expected this to knock my socks off since it was aged for 3 years. It was lacking the flavor from the barrels like vanilla and caramel. Lighter mouthfeel left me disappointed.
