About This Beer
This brew comes from their oldest oak foeder, where it’s been fermenting and Solera style for over a decade. Which means they pull some beer out and top it off with fresh beer, never entirely emptying the tank. Which makes for an incredibly complex sip!
For this release, they transferred some of that storied Ale into a new tank with over 5lbs per gallon of California nectarines!
Tasting Notes
We’re expecting bright, fruity flavors accentuated by layers of tangy funk from the base beer. Look for hints of wildflowers and turned earth underpinning sunny stonefruit tones. A crisp, effervescent body should make for an elegant finish.
