About This Beer
The Streetside Brew Crew loaded this 15.6% ABV behemoth up to the brim with decadent additions of cacao nibs, cinnamon, vanilla, and ACTUAL snickerdoodle cookies, to create some seriously delicious cookie flavors! Then they took things up a notch by aging it for 16 months in bourbon barrels.
Tasting Notes
Rich notes of creamy vanilla and warming spice swirl on top of a chocolaty, malty backbone. And that big ABV I just mentioned — hardly any trace of it!

I get all the snicker doodle flavors, nicely balanced and not overly sweet while still clocking in at a hefty ABV

This imperial stout is fantastic! Boozy, sweet and the flavor profile is spot on. A repeat for sure!

First beer from Cincinnati for me. Pours dark as night, smells of chocolate and cinnamon. Sweet smooth cinnamon barrel in the first sip. Transitions to a nice vanilla after taste. A little barrel nibble on the backend. I dig it. And the label is dope.

Very nice BBA imperial stout. Not boozy at all and the snickerdoodle comes through with real cookie taste, not just cinnamon. Can’t wait to see how the other one cellars.

Lots of vanilla at the outset. Cinnamon floats along through the second half. Nice stout base with chocolate flavors.

Very tasty. Snickerdoodle flavor comes through subtly but nicely.
