Tasting Notes
This is a seasonal, coconut-infused beer that CKBC brews every autumn. The recipe is similar each year, but the barrels change, so no two releases are quite the same!

Smooth and easy to enjoy. Didn’t have as much coconut flavor as I was expecting, but was a delicious example of an
oatmeal stout.

Wow! Worth every penny!! Not much coconut flavor - you could smell it more. But it was so smooth, thick, rich - and very boozy!

middle of the road stout offering. wasn’t my favorite, but was lacking in the punchy stout that I was expecting.

Perfect amount of coconut. Very smooth.

Pretty good, but this Snowed In
series is overpriced compared to similar beers from other brewers. The coconut is too subtle and there’s a bitterness to the aftertaste. I won’t be ordering any more.

huge beer but kettle never disappoints. wish it had a bit more complimentary flavor to push the coconut forward

Lots of coconut, chocolate and barrel. Truth in advertising.

Coconut is nicely balanced, but definitely present in this brew. Chocolate supports the stout base and barrel aging is light.
