About This Beer
The crew crafted Something Stickee’s base with five different specialty malts, Belgian candi sugar, and traditional techniques. They matured it for 18 months in Whistle Pig rye casks and orange bitters barrels before blending, then boosted the chocolate factor by conditioning the brew with cacao nibs.
Tasting Notes
All that care and expertise adds up to a luscious sipper infused with subtle citrus and warming whiskey spice. Cocoa undertones accent the nuances of caramel, molasses, and pipe tobacco to give each sweet sip plenty of layered complexity.

Firestone Vintage strikes again. Cocoa nibs, bitters, orange peel… and a partridge and a pear tree. Somehow despite a ton of flavors, this one was balanced, unique and delicious.

Creamy head, tobacco aroma with a hint of bitters, dark chocolate taste with citrus, honey, and molasses notes, peppery rye bite, and a warming whiskey finish.

very smooth with a slight cloying sweetness. the abv is present but not overpowering. I don't taste much of the orange but the chocolate definitely helps round out the flavor
