About This Beer
For this latest installment of their beloved Sorbetto series, the crew started by brewing a lusciously thick Kettle Sour base with a dose of creamy milk sugar. Then they cold conditioned it on pineapple, pear, passionfruit, blue raspberry, and coconut for a sip straight out of a beach resort’s tiki bar.
Tasting Notes
Waves of piña colada crash onto the palate, with vibrant passionfruit and blue raspberry nuances brightening things up. Ripples of succulent stone fruit ripple underneath, adding a delightful sweetness to the deluge of juicy goodness
