Lucky for you, today’s 4.23 UT-rated passionfruit and coconut-stuffed brew is within your grasp. Here’s an opportunity to be one of the only people outside of Minnesota to try this creamy, tropical nectar.

It’s not just highly-rated, full of exotic fruit, and made by a top-notch brewery — some serious craftsmanship goes into it as well. First, the brewers referment a blend of 1 and 2-year-old coolship beer with passionfruit, and then condition it on toasted coconut. They hand-select barrels for their super fruity, pineapple-papaya Brett character that complements the passionfruit. All while the coconut rounds out the body and ties everything together. 

We won’t say Spontané: Passion Noix De Coco is better than any of those legendary Sours from Cantillon or 3 Fonteinen, you can be the judge of that.
