About This Beer
They started (as always) with a crisp Cider base made from freshly pressed local apples. Then they added tart cherry puree and blended in cabernet sauvignon wine from their friends at Daniel’s Vineyard.
Tasting Notes
Tangy stonefruit flavors beautifully balance the pomme sweetness, while the crisp base subdues the tannins and oaky flavors of the wine. It’s like an extra fruity spritzer with a refreshingly smooth finish!

Ash & Elm is 2-for-2 in my book on really solid ciders. This has a really nice cherry backbone, in addition to the overall wine vibe.

what a combo! not the biggest fan of wine, however the combo of cider, cherry, and wine has all the good elements of wine without the bad aftertaste for me! fantastic!

Yup, that’s a Cab aroma with a hint of apples. A tannic Cab taste with hints of apples and cherries on the back end. A dryish finish. Sneaky 7.5%.
Lovely cider.
