The GABF-winning crew raised the bar on their own stellar, pancake-inflected Shortstacks brews when they crafted the Stacks Reserve: Black Tuesday Collection. They began with the same rich base, then amplified its awesomeness by aging it in maple syrup barrels and again in bourbon barrels.
Then the team conditioned each variant with different adjuncts for distinct expressions that will make your taste buds dance.
Stacks Reserve: Blueberry - 19.1% ABV
The Bruery conditioned this brunchtime stunner with blueberries and maple syrup for velvety sips that’ll outshine even the most lovingly-made flapjacks! You can look forward to jammy sweetness drizzled over chocolatey malts. Touches of espresso, oaky vanilla, and bourbon caramel ought to lend extra complexity to every taste.
