This cider is amazing.. could the name of a drink ever describe exactly what you taste so perfectly? This tastes like a delicious cider with the French Oak flavors very noticeable in the drink.. hence the wood "stake" in the "tart"y apple flavor. Delicious.

Are we now seeing pastry ciders? The cinnamon and vanilla are a bit too loud here, possibly because of the barrel-aging. It’s like a cherry pie made with a touch too much baking spice.
