About This Beer
To make it, the White Elm crew started with an oat-filled mash, making for an incredibly smooth body. Then, they hopped it with heaping helpings of Talus, Galaxy, and El Dorado Hops, sending the juice levels straight out of the stratosphere!
Tasting Notes
Drippy notes of mango, papaya, and ripe melon burst onto the palate, swirling alongside ruby red grapefruit and candied orange peel. Grassy pine and dank diesel nuances shine through on the pillowy finish, adding a beautiful balance that begs another sip.
