The RC crew hopped up their Lager base with Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe cones for a taste of that West Coast sticky-icky anchored by a bready backbone.

Tons of citrus in aroma & taste. Not as crisp as I thought it may be for an IPL but super tasty. Light piney bitterness. Really dig grapefruit on finish, through the linger. More West Coast IPLs, please. PKG 12/16/2022.
