The world-renowned brewers at Anchorage put out some of the most coveted brews on the app, and this latest release is no exception. You’re gonna want to pull over and Stop The Car for this one folks, because this barrel-aged Saison is way more exciting than any roadside attraction! 

The Beer:

It all starts with two of the Alaskan craft masters’ proprietary strains of Brettanomyces and two Saison yeasts, which imbue the brew with sophisticated notes of barnyard funk. Then they let it ferment and age in Missouri oak barrels so it could soak up all the delicate woodspice nuances. 

Look forward to gentle hints of hay and subtle twinges of stone fruit rippling throughout every bright sip. We expect the oaky undertones imparted from the barrel to accentuate the elegant hints of spice and rich herbaceousness in this naturally carbonated sipper. 

A refined brew like this works great poured into a glass and enjoyed with a fancy dinner, but it is equally delicious quaffed straight from the bottle while you watch the game with your family. And since it’s coming from the legends at Anchorage, you know it’s gonna be a winner!
