For this edition in their single-hopped Archives series, the team started with a clean, West Coast-style base composed of golden promise, pilsen, and biscuit malts. Then they hit it with 100% Strata Hops.
Tasting Notes
Crisp swigs swirl with notes of passion fruit, honeydew melon, and strawberry over hints of white bread. Underneath, a structured grapefruit pith bitterness keeps all the juicy nuances gorgeously balanced.

Lightly hazed yellow gold. Nice dank and tropical hop aroma and flavor. Great balance with light to moderate bitterness. Medium bodied with a nice dank resinous finish. Love me some Strata !! Delicious !! 🇺🇸🇮🇱⚽️
