About This Beer
For Gilgo Gose, the DUBCO crew started with a Gose with Himalayan Pink Salt for a refreshingly salty base with added depth. Then, in a sunshiny twist they added bright strawberries and blood orange, taking an already thirst quenching brew to new heights!
Tasting Notes
Tart and juicy, every sip brims with luscious strawberry and vibrant blood orange. Himalayan pink salt adds extra depth, coaxing out whispers of citrus from the base beer amid the salted fruit. Upfront pucker flows into springtime fruit, fading into a quenching and bright, tangy-sweet finish.

i can’t say I’ve ever had a blood orange, but it’s very bitter in the sense it tastes like it’s mostly salt. not horrible, just very salty
