Wishing it was less on the sour and more heavy on the pastry. Slightly over powering sour.

An appropriate amount of sourness that makes it taste exactly like strawberries. Still apparent that this is a Sour Ale, but not overwhelmingly sour like most. The lactose adds a nice milky sensation and helps balance the sourness. Very nice aroma. Very easy to drink. Satisfying enough to want another. It could do with a bit of richness to add to the meringue and tart aspects, but a perfect Fruited Sour, nonetheless.

Dessert beer extraordinaire!

Wow. If you are looking for a good non-goopy fruited sour look no further. This one is clean and delicious. More Wiley Roots beers please.

Strawberry and lemon

Surprisingly not to sweet or overly tart. A good balance.

Light, tart but not overly sour, obviously big strawberry notes. It’s like drinking a summer day. Not my favored style (got this as part on 8 pack because I wanted the IPAs) but this is pretty darn tasty.

Mild sweet strawberry flavor with a touch of vanilla and nice rounded out mouthfeel from the milk sugar.

Refreshing strawberry sour that is not overly sweet. Great for a summer day.

Decent sour

They hit this dessert well, you get the strawberry, the merigue, and bread. Not tart but still very good.

That light strawberry, not too sweet not too tangy

Taste like a strawberry agua fresca kettle sour. No thickness to it and lack that vanilla creamy taste

Refreshingly sweet strawberries with a subtle tart finish.

Tartness from strawberry with vanilla and biscuity, buttery goodness of a pie crust. This was fire and my only regret is not buying more.

Reminiscent of one of those strawberry hard candies. Light and not too sweet.
