About This Beer
To recreate the delicious flavors of the Japanese treat, mochi, the Parish brewers started close to home with luscious pureed strawberries — the state fruit of their native Louisiana. Then they layered it with velvety Madagascar vanilla and lactose, giving the berries a silky accent. And they finished it with fluffy toasted rice for that signature mochi flavor.

Subduedly sweet currents of tangy strawberries n’ cream course throughout the swig. Swirls of refreshing fruit lead to a delicious toastiness on the end that begs another surprisingly complex sip.
