About This Beer
The crew at Hoppin’ Frog took their Imperial Brown Ale and loaded it with mounds of real coconut to scratch that Samoa itch with a Girl Scout cookie-inspired beer!
Tasting Notes
The dark pour unleashes waves of tropical aroma. Smooth sips of reamy island sweetness follow, with malt’s caramel and chocolate tones bolstering the brew into a gulp worthy of a green sash.

fantastic for the style, not thick and syrupy like other pastry stouts but delicious flavor all the same. notes of caramel, coconut, and cookie with a porter consistency. delicious!!

Boozy smelling, and almost like a barleywine. Chocolate flavor rides high, followed by coconut amd alcohol strength. Tasty and very reminiscent of the cookie

was not expecting it to be so heavy, I sort of wish it was more coconutty, but otherwise good Imperial brown

Tastes like rubbing alcohol with coconut flavoring. Disappointed, samoas are my favorite.

Toasted coconut on the nose. Sweet, but not terribly so. Plenty of chocolate covered toasted coconut in the palate. Sweet, malty finish. Not bad.
