Tasting Notes

Using a carefully selected blend of 19 to 34-month BA Medianoche Stouts, this brew’s drinkability belies a 14.6% ABV. With its Imperial heat tamed by Rye and Bourbon Barrels, the decadently thick sips gently wash over you as your taste buds begin to see constellations of flavor.

A nutty introduction of macadamia nut plays to the roasty body and weaves in and out of its chocolatey malt backbone. Blankets of fudgy depth roll across your tongue and fade away as coconut flakes reveal a milky-sweet flavor that builds with each gulp. No telescope required!

There’s a nice bourbon and rye flavor but it’s far overpowered by the macadamia which removes any subtlety- the sweetness is also cloying and just removes any depth from the brew.

After the disappointment that was bday noche, this is a night and day difference. Actually really good. Coconut overload. Small barrel presence. Best if shared but still sólo domable. Very sweet.

Very impressive. somewhere in between b1 and b2 for reference. coconut bomb - candied and mild toasted flavors but not cloying. a touch more booze/heat would balance it but stellar regardless.

Thick as a humid evening in the south, and infinitely more pleasurable. Loaded with coconut flavor and decadent notes of chocolate and sweet vanilla. Less of a porch sipper and more of a fireside nipper. Wherever you find yourself drinking this brew, you’ll be in heaven ‘cause it is delicious.
