About This Beer

To craft this Fair-inspired Fruited Sour, these GABF medalists took a break from riding the Ferris wheel to cram tons of actual sweet cherry puree into their sour base. Then, to give it that fresh-out-of-the-oven flavor, added graham cracker, cinnamon, vanilla, and lactose!

Tasting Notes

Every reddish pour exudes aromas like a sweet cherry confection cooling off on a windowsill. The sip follows with rich stone fruit blending into dusky baking spices, golden malts, and graham crackers for a hint of amaretto combined with cobbler crust. Milk sugar swirls throughout, taming the tart edges and ushering in a sweet finish.
