About This Beer
The seasoned skippers at Icarus started with Mosaic cones in the mash, then hopped it with Columbus and Incognito Mosaic. After that, the crew dry hopped the brew with a boatload of Lupulin Citra, Columbus, and Spectrum Mosaic before finishing it off with a couple more rounds of dry hopping with Lupulin Mosaic!
Tasting Notes
The luxurious result is an 8% ABV Hazy that cruises through waves of citrusy brightness, splashes of tropical fruit, and ripples of blueberry nuances. Flashes of grapefruit glint off of overripe pineapple, mango, and honeydew tones, while an undercurrent of dank resin keeps each sip skimming smoothly over your taste buds.

pretty good. doesn't really drink like an IPA, smoother finish than most. still get some hoppiness but not a lot
