About This Beer
To craft it, the Alaskan legends brewed a base with nectarous Nelson Sauvin, Strata, and Motueka Hops and threw some Nectaron in the dry hop for an extra juicy oomph. They fermented it in Missouri oak foeders with two strains of Saison yeast and two strains of proprietary Brett for plenty of complex, funky nuance. And they finished it all on drippy pineapple.
Tasting Notes
Look forward to the interplay between the zesty, fruity hops, bright tang, and intricate barnyard notes. The addition of real pineapple should amplify the natural tropicality of the cones and make for a refreshing finish.
