A Note on This Beer
If you ever find yourself in the little town of Warwick, Rhode Island, definitely drop by Proclamation. USA Today calls them one of the best breweries in the state!
Their taproom is such a fun hangout! The place is lined with vintage video games, sometimes they do crawfish boils, and they brew more than 100 varieties of beer in what seems like every imaginable style.
They even create delicious oddities like a "Fritter Ale," made with local doughnuts and an inventive dry-hopped Grisette.
There’s a lot to indulge in at Proclamation, but fans say you “need to try Tendril IPA!”
It’s the beer that first drew crowds to their brewery when it opened in 2013, and to this day, it’s the most-sipped brew at their taproom.
If you’re lucky enough to snag a taste for yourself, you’ll experience a mouthful of joy in the form of a pillowy mango-grapefruit juicebomb, with a kiss of pine on the finish. According to regulars, it’s “damn near impossible not to order another Tendril after you down your first.”
