Kick it off with a bang! One of Vinepair’s most important breweries of the decade are fitting openers with their hand selected love letter to the Mosaic Hop. This beer sports a rocking 4.31 Untappd score!

It’s a far out hit of heavy-hopped goodness, replete with flavors of berry, mango and sweet fruits that’ll start up the session on the highest of notes! 

Toppling Goliath Brewing Co. & BlackStack Brewing - Safety Porpoises Imperial IPA - 7.9% ABV

Next is a star-studded duet. When we’re talking about the duo of Toppling Goliath and BlackStack, one of Paste Magazine’s Top 15 Breweries of the 2010’s and Minnesota’s Best Brewery, respectively, the only possible result is a hopbomb that will get the crowd on its feet!

With a full house of 5 hops, this Imperial IPA comes with frolic-through-the-pine-forest aromas and juicy, hazy mango flavors. Citra, Nelson Sauvin, Sabro, Galaxy, and Simcoe Cryo… the whole gang’s here to rock.

Saint Errant Brewing - Terrordome NEIPA - 7.8% ABV

Then, we break out the fog machines and get Hazy with this New England IPA from one of Hop Culture’s hottest Chicago breweries: Saint Errant. With a fantastic 4.33 Untappd score and a small batch approach, it’s an honor just to include these heavy hitters as they take us on an atmospheric, tropical ride:

Pouring like pure OJ, Citra and New Zealand-grown Motueka and Waimea Hops create a tropical-fruit blasted bliss in every sip. Spouting aromas of lime and passionfruit zest, you’ll be taken away to a different world before this beer’s done!

Equilibrium Brewing - MC2 Imperial IPA - 8% ABV

The hits keep rolling along with this World Class-rated New England Imperial IPA, provided by the beer scientists at Equilibrium. That’s no joke — these rock stars are MIT Ph.D. grads with a penchant for hazy hopbombs!

From their far-out cans come a space-age hybrid of grapefruit and tangerine flavors blended with luscious notes of pineapple, mango, and a dollop of passionfruit. The combos are delicious, but the virtuosity is as elusive as the deliciousness; Pete Oates, the head brewer, won’t give away the recipe!
