About This Beer
Thai Delight is the first release in Prairie’s up-and-coming TREAT Sour series! Not to jinx it, but the bar has been set crazy high with this adventurous, wholly delicious ode to the Thai dessert, loaded with Mango, sticky rice, and coconut cream.
Tasting Notes
Creamy washes of coconut jumble with the bright, juicy mango. Flaked rice adds rich, fluffy body that makes the sour-then-sweet flavors go down oh-so smooth. It’s tart, it’s juicy – it’s a dang Thai dessert in a can!

Started with 4.25 but I'm changing it to 4.5. Really a great drink. Small can FTW too

it’s ok. Was expecting more flavor.

both cans exploded upon opening and my uncle had a similar experience.
3.5
very creamy, thick and a bit tart. definitely expected more flavor though. the mango is very light and barely any trace of rice for me.
2.5
creamy texture unlike any beer I have had in the past. definitely sour with a hit of fruit and coconut.

Extremely thicc and hazy in the glass. Great mango and sour notes up front, with a nice coconut & creamy finish. Very unique!

delicious, highly recommend. Almost like a milkshake with hints of coconut.
4.25
Tropical sour flavor smooth subtle creaminess

Thick and creamy and has these wild
soapy bubbles. Way more rich than I expected, and you can totally taste the rice in there.

Not quite what I had hoped for. The mango seemed subdued, the richness from the rice and coconut milk was kind of thin, and the tartness came through acidic. The cans that I got were refermenting, so I was lucky if I got 6 ounces of each can.

Mine unfortunately exploded when I opened them.
Wish I could have tried them; they smelled heavenly.

Unique, crisp flavor. Definitely had coconut, but the mango and rice were very prominent

I really wanted to like this beer but
1) the one can exploded and I only had 2 sips of it post explosion
2) I got a lot of coconut and not enough mango flavoring in it… wish there was more of a balance
3.5
Tart, mango, coconut cream. Wish for more coconut flavor.

Just too much to drink a can. Worth a try though.
