About This Beer
Do the brewers at Aslin Beer Company have the gift of clairvoyance? I don’t know, but if they can’t see the future, explain how they knew EXACTLY what I’d say once I got a taste of this Doppelbock — That Shiz Slaps!
Tasting Notes
Rivers of raisin and toasty bread course throughout the sip. Subtle toffee sweetness swirls underneath, accenting the roastyness upfront and totally obscuring the bold 9.5% ABV.

Rich and malty. Deep brown bread, and malty bagels. Hints of toast, and a definite alcohol strength and presence that detracts slightly. Satisfying.

Chestnut brown pour has a brief beige head. Sweet roasted malt aroma has notes of toffee and baked brown bread. Rich, roasted malt flavor. Notes of dried figs, raisins and cocoa. Mildly complex with a hint of warming alcohol. Well made and flavorful.
