Blueberries are almost an afterthought in this spontaneously fermented wild ale. Oak comes on strong at first, fading quickly to musty farmhouse and hay. Hint of sweet berry creeps in at the end, subtle & perfectly balanced against an already great saison

If blueberry was a tree and somehow the fruit imparted flavor into the wood that is this beer. It is more of a traditional sour tart. You think the ph is dialed & jaw punch. It’s like Ron Burgundy’s house I assume.
