But the crew at Martin House didn't stop at simple Fruited Sour — they aged this Imperial concoction in freshly-emptied Rum barrels for six months! The result shines with even more island-inspired complexity, with notes of molasses and woody vanilla punctuating each sip.

Very delicious, tastes like a SanPellegrino, the carbonated lemonade, but obviously with a much more orange forward taste with splashes of coconuts, and perfectly juicy pineapples would definitely recommend

Jamaica. fruity. vanilla. rum on top of orange on top of pineapple. I don’t remember if I smelled it or sipped it first.

a sour with an above 9% alcohol that doesn’t taste like it. What a fantastic beer! I thrive on sours and this one surprising caught me off guard. I was skeptical at first as I’m not a big coconut guy. the the strong aroma of pineapple and coconut only helped prepare you for when it hits the palate. excellent job with aging it in the rum barrels it was noticeable as you also get a hint of that spice vanilla taste from the barrels. this is the first time I’ve had a beer from this brewery and they just made my list to watch.

Take me away to the Sour Islands. This beer is exactly as it’s described. Really enjoyed the sour notes mixed with the rum cocktails flavors! Perfect for a chair on the beach in Jamaica!
