About This Beer
The brewers started with a gently tangy mixed culture base, then “very heavily dry hopped” the beer with a whopping 4 lbs per barrel of New Zealand grown Riwaka.
Tasting Notes
Every sip brings a flood of crisp white wine flavor coursing through a dry, effervescent body. Hints of grassy funk and mingle with notes of tropical fruit and zippy lime zest, creating a depth of flavor that practically begs to be explored over the course of a mellow afternoon.
