Drinking this is a frickin' experience. Unlike any beer I've had before. Like watered-down laphroaig mixed with lemon and a tiny amount of honey, but in a good way.

just not super enjoyable. Smokes come through but no real flavor overall

Slight funk with a light apricot fruity character. The beer ends with a hint of peat smoky flavor that does not overpower the beer but lingers and increases as the beer warms. Interesting and a different style. Rating B.

There is only the slightest hint of smoke… but it is a lovely, delicate, funky, slightly tart beer - delicious!

Crisp. Subtle. A literal hint of smoke. And a nice, tight tart finish. Perfect for a cool, spring night

I’m both repulsed by and drawn to this beer, which tastes like barbecued lemons.

poured a clear straw color with a smallish white head. very slight smokiness in the noise, along with some grassy grains. taste is slight smokiness with a slight tart, grassy funkiness. stunning!
