About This Beer
For this double barrel-aged showstopper, the ET crew started with a rich, chocolatey base. They rested it in BLiS bourbon maple syrup barrels for 28 months before transferring it to Henry McKenna 11-year bourbon barrels for an additional 20 months.
Aged a whopping 48 months, this “Reserva!” marks the longest time the NYC team has ever barreled something.
Tasting Notes
Every drop brims with immeasurable barrel depth. Let it warm, and nuances of whiskey-infused dark chocolate, creme brûlée, and bourbon caramel blossom on the palate with each thick, syrupy quaff. Whispers of woody spice and oaky vanilla are the only reminder of the 15% ABV.

pretty disappointing, had heard amazing things but this was very light on the Maple and overall unbalanced
