About This Beer
For the 23rd installment in their Great Northern Barrel Series, the ET crew aged the base for close to three years in a duo of barrels – first in Sine Qua Non Red Wine barrels, then in Henry McKenna 12 year aged Bourbon barrels.
Tasting Notes
Bourbon oak complexity entangles itself in the beautiful flavors of coconut, vanilla, and chocolate. It’s like a slice of German chocolate cake finely glazed in whiskey caramel.
