About This Beer
Version #32 looks poised to continue the delicious tradition of the Great Northern series. The ET crew first aged it for an incredible 37 months in 26-year-old Elijah Craig barrels! Then they conditioned the beer on coconut, cacao nibs, and cinnamon.
Tasting Notes
This thick-bodied brew brings bold flavors of baker’s chocolate, cinnamon-dusted macaroons, and Mounds bars. On the finish, bourbon caramel and a touch of oak linger long after the sip.
