About This Beer
For the 35th entry in Evil Twin’s celebrated Great Northern Barrel Aged series, the NYC crew teamed up with Side Project. They started with a silky smooth, chocolatey base. Then they aged it for 48 months in Willet bourbon barrels for enormous nuances of whiskey caramel. Coconut provides a lush, tropical accent to the deep, complex barrel tones.
Tasting Notes
Creamy currents of colada, dark chocolate, and golden toffee notes course through every velvety quaff. Wafts of brown sugar and woody spice give it all cocktail sophistication, but watch out! This beauty is unbelievably smooth for the 15% ABV!
