About This Beer
The legends at Evil Twin collaborated with the masters at Side Project on a stunning BA Stout that spent a total of eight years in oak. They took two roasty, chocolatey brews and aged them each for 48 months before blending. One passed the years in Willet bourbon barrels while the other matured in casks from Willet rye.
Tasting Notes
Stare into its inky depths and this rich beauty will reveal aromas of dark chocolate, raisins, and whiskey. Fudgy sweetness and oaky caramel wrap themselves around complex dark fruit nuances in the sip. Nutty pecan and hazelnut tones follow, chased by woody spice and vanilla in the finish.
