To create #34, the crew at Evil Twin started with a rich, boozy base, aged it for 31 months in Blis Maple Bourbon Barrels, then conditioned the brew on vanilla, cacao nibs, and cinnamon!
Tasting Notes
Aromas of cinnamon and chocolate leap from the pour, backed by nuances of creamy vanilla and a hint of top shelf whiskey. The flavor follows, with a little bit of boozy warmth and notes of syrup drizzled chocolate chip pancakes.
