About This Beer
To craft it, the NYC crew blended Barleywine aged 35 months in Henry McKenna 11-Year bourbon barrels with Barleywine aged 22 months in Laird’s apple brandy barrels.
Tasting Notes
Sumptuous nuances of apple cinnamon bread pudding course through every thick quaff with swirls of raisin and caramel-coated date underneath. Decadent hints of cola carry throughout, with nutty notes of amaretto on the finish.
