About This Beer
This latest vintage features a blend of Imperial Stouts aged 40.5 months in BliS Bourbon Maple Syrup barrels, 40.5 months in Willett Bourbon barrels, and 40 months in Balcones Distilling Blue Corn Whiskey Barrels. And they conditioned it on FOUR different kinds of vanilla: Indian, West Papua/Indonesian, Madagascar, and Ugandan.
Tasting Notes
Look forward to rich mocha, creme brulee, and caramel notes coursing throughout the dynamic sip. Hints of raisin should complement the roasty malts. And with all that time in oak, we’re expecting pronounced tannic oak and top shelf whiskey tones to emerge on the finish. All while keeping the 15% ABV nice and smooth.
